Our training program helps the men to learn and grow into accountable and respectful employees committed to customer satisfaction and safety.

We require Fresh Start Enterprises employees to complete 30 hours of community service THEN start their training:

Section One – Work Behavior Skills: This part of the curriculum covers soft skills such as problem solving, communications, customer service, work ethic, behavior expectations and teamwork. Respecting customers, their property and their work environment is an important part of the training.

Section Two – Job Skills: We combine workshop practice and on-the-job experience to teach the trainees job skills specific to services provided by Fresh Start Enterprises. Training emphasizes work place safety, project preparation and clean up, and customer service.

Section Three – Employment Resources: Fresh Start Enterprises’ ultimate goal is to support the participants’ transition from interim work to long term employment. This section encourages the clients to utilize additional training, education and employment resources available to them in the community.
